Open Stage Project is a new non-profit focused on increasing gender parity in the arts. We bring female, high school students to Broadway shows in an effort to introduce them to career opportunities backstage on Broadway, specifically in technical theatre. In the last year, we've brought over 100 students from schools in all 5 boroughs to 10 Broadway shows, hosted 2 sold-out panels, and launched our Act 2 program for the 2019-2020 season.
